Reading about Pantene’s new DMR Range of Shampoo and Conditioner, I was quite impressed. With good amount of research going into making this, it claims to improve hair texture and prevent further damage.
About the Daily Moisture Repair Range - “While copper has traditionally been associated with having nourishing benefits for the hair and body, Pantene Hair Research Alliance members have discovered that copper ions in our water can actually have a disastrous effect on hair. In fact, they catalyze oxidative reactions that can cause the disintegration of keratin, a key structural protein in hair. When activated by UV rays, this leads to an erosion of hair’s vital keratins and protein loss, leading to keratin-porosis.
Enriched with the new Keratin Damage Blocker technology, Pantene’s newest innovation not only provides intense moisturization, but also helps to prevent damage before it happens. The new technology helps to address damage at a molecular level – because of its unique copper-discriminating ability, it targets, captures and neutralizes damage causing copper, preventing hair’s proteins from being eroded.”
The idea that a shampoo and conditioner can nourish my frizzy hair and repair the damage, sounds great to me. So when Pantene’s team asked me if I’d be interested in taking a 14 day challenge, I was excited and keen to do it. And along with this, we decided to pass on this challenge to readers of amakeupdiary, so they can also try this new range.
Pantene is willing to send the samples to my blog readers for them to try and share their experiences on this blog as well as Pantene’s FB and Twitter page.
