Loose pigments are highly concentrated loose color powder. Urban Decay Loose Pigments are not my first pigments, but I really enjoyed using. These are finely milled, very pigmented and easy to blend pigments. These can be used as it is or wet.
I got 4 of these Urban Decay Loose Pigments from my cousin and these are not available in India. I think these are phased out.
Asphyxia – Fuchsia purple pink with iridescent sheen.
X – Peachy gold with a light gold metallic finish.
Graffiti – Medium green in metallic finish.
Shattered – Frosty aqua blue.
There are 12 shades in total. Of what I have seen, all of these are lovely shades of loose pigments.
The packaging is cute but also weird for loose pigments. Can’t dip your brush into the tube as it’s not practical. I have found the best way to apply product is to use your brush on the applicator that comes with it. You can tap the brush handle to shake off excess product to avoid fall-out. I find the packaging travel friendly, though it’s also bulky for the amount of product you get.
While the product is good, it’s really expensive at $20. And for the price, you only get 1.2 gms of product. Mac pigments are much more reasonable comparing to these.
